Danny Aerts, CEO

Danny Aerts is CEO at IIS, the registry for the .se top-level domain. A native of the Netherlands, Mr Aerts moved to Sweden in the mid 1990’s. In 2006 he left his position as CEO at the Swedish web portal Spray to join IIS. Mr Aerts have also been employed at several telecom companies, including Unisource Mobile, Telia and PTT Telecom. He graduated cum laude from Utrecht University, where he studied economic geography.

Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder, CISO

Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder is Chief Information Security Officer at IIS, The Internet Foundation In Sweden. She is ranked as one of Sweden’s leading experts on IT security. In 2013 Anne-Marie was the first swede to become inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame where she ends up in the company of, among others, internet pioneers like Vint Cerf and Steve Crocker.

She is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), Section XII, Information Technology. She is also a board member of the Swedish Law and Informatics Research Institute (IRI) and a member of the information security council of the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB).

Anne-Marie is one of the few people in the world who has been assigned as Trusted Community Representative in the role as a Crypto Officer where she participates in the DNSSEC key generation for the internet root zone, having been appointed by the international organization ICANN (the internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). She is also a member of The Registry Services Technical Evaluation Panel (RSTEP), a technical team under the GNSO (Generic Name Supporting Organization). RSTEP’s primary responsibility is to, if necessary, participate in the evaluation of applications for new generic top-level domains (gTLDs).

She is a frequently asked expert in public inquiries on matters relating to internet and security, and answers frequently on governmental referrals within the same area. Previous employers include the State Treasury and the Swedish ICT Commission. Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Stockholm.

Pamela Davidsson, head of statistics officer

Pamela Davidsson är statistikchef på IIS och är den som genomför och kvalitetssäkrar stiftelsens olika rapporter, till exempel ”Svenskarna och internet” och Bredbandskollens rapporter om surfhastigheter. Hon har en lång och gedigen bakgrund inom telekombranschen där hon började som databasutvecklare för JAS-projektet. Närmast innan Pamela började på IIS jobbade hon som marknadsanalytiker på Post- och Telestyrelsen. Hon har också under många år jobbat som produktchef för mobila tjänster på Ericsson. Pamela kan dessutom stoltsera med att ha varit en av finalisterna i Excel-SM.

Peter Forsman, abuse manager

Peter Forsman is the domain abuse contact for IIS. In this role, he is responsible for verifying that registrars and registrants comply with the agreements they have signed with IIS. He also works actively to inform and educate about unethical activities, often in collaboration with other organizations such as the Swedish Trade Federation.

Peter’s passionate commitment continues in a private initiative outside IIS where he runs the blog internetsweden.se.

Peter has long been one of the leading Swedish experts on domain names, and he has held several positions in the domain- and web hosting industry. He has been employed by. SE since 2009.

Rickard Dahlstrand, project leader open data

Rickard Dahlstrand is the person at IIS who used to be in charge of the Broadband Check (bredbandskollen.se), a service to check the speed of internet connections. Before joining IIS, he developed similar network measuring solutions for organizations such as Swedish Radio and hospitals in Stockholm. At IIS, Mr. Dahlstrand has developed the network measuring system and made it web based and more user-friendly. His previous experiences include project management in the IT business and working as a network engineering teacher. Today he works with open data at IIS.

Jannike Tillå, Chief Communications and Outreach Officer

Jannike Tillå har jobbat med digital utveckling och förändringsprojekt i över 15 år och har tidigare haft tjänsten som Head of Insights and Development på Bonnier AB där hon jobbat med koncernövergripande frågor. Hennes roll på IIS är att driva och utveckla arbetet med vår främjandeverksamhet där satsningar som skoltävlingen Webbstjärnan, Bredbandskollen, Barnhack och Internetmuseum ingår.

Måns Jonasson, brand manager

Måns Jonasson är varumärkesansvarig på IIS. Han arbetar bland annat med IIS digitala informationssatsningar och håller i våra Barnhack. Måns har jobbat med webben sedan 1995 och har sedan dess drivit egen byrå, jobbat på flera olika communities samt på kommunikationsbyrå.

Kristina Alexanderson, head of Webbstjärnan

Kristina Alexanderson is the project manager for the Webbstjärnan competition at IIS. Webbstjärnan is a project where pupils of Swedish schools compete to produce the best website from their schoolwork. Kristina Alexanderson is originally a secondary school teacher of Swedish and social studies, who in two years’ time has gone from being anti-web to becoming a frequent blogger and tweeter. She first got in touch with using the web as a pedagogical tool in the classroom through Webbstjärnan 2008 and was then awarded with the jury’s special prize for admirable teaching work.

Niklas Cronsioe, CTO

Niclas Cronsioe arbetar som stiftelsens CTO. Han kommer närmast från tjänsten som IT-chef på SOS Alarm och har arbetat med IT och affärsutveckling sedan 1990-talet. Niclas Cronsioe tillträdde tjänsten som CTO i januari 2016.

Elisabeth Nilsson, public relations officer

Elisabeth är pressansvarig på IIS och sköter stiftelsens mediekontakter. Hon ansvarar också för IIS Internetmuseum, ett digitalt museum över internets historia. Elisabeth har en bakgrund som nyhetsjournalist på ett flertal dagstidningar, bland annat Metro och Värmlands Folkblad, och härstammar från de värmländska skogarna.
