Danny Aerts, CEO

Danny Aerts is CEO at IIS, the registry for the .se top-level domain. A native of the Netherlands, Mr Aerts moved to Sweden in the mid 1990’s. In 2006 he left his position as CEO at the Swedish web portal Spray to join IIS. Mr Aerts have also been employed at several telecom companies, including Unisource Mobile, Telia and PTT Telecom. He graduated cum laude from Utrecht University, where he studied economic geography.

Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder, CISO

Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder is Chief Information Security Officer at IIS, The Internet Foundation In Sweden. She is ranked as one of Sweden’s leading experts on IT security. In 2013 Anne-Marie was the first swede to become inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame where she ends up in the company of, among others, internet pioneers like Vint Cerf and Steve Crocker.

She is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), Section XII, Information Technology. She is also a board member of the Swedish Law and Informatics Research Institute (IRI) and a member of the information security council of the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB).

Anne-Marie is one of the few people in the world who has been assigned as Trusted Community Representative in the role as a Crypto Officer where she participates in the DNSSEC key generation for the internet root zone, having been appointed by the international organization ICANN (the internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). She is also a member of The Registry Services Technical Evaluation Panel (RSTEP), a technical team under the GNSO (Generic Name Supporting Organization). RSTEP’s primary responsibility is to, if necessary, participate in the evaluation of applications for new generic top-level domains (gTLDs).

She is a frequently asked expert in public inquiries on matters relating to internet and security, and answers frequently on governmental referrals within the same area. Previous employers include the State Treasury and the Swedish ICT Commission. Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Stockholm.

Peter Forsman, abuse manager

Peter Forsman is the domain abuse contact for IIS. In this role, he is responsible for verifying that registrars and registrants comply with the agreements they have signed with IIS. He also works actively to inform and educate about unethical activities, often in collaboration with other organizations such as the Swedish Trade Federation.

Peter’s passionate commitment continues in a private initiative outside IIS where he runs the blog internetsweden.se.

Peter has long been one of the leading Swedish experts on domain names, and he has held several positions in the domain- and web hosting industry. He has been employed by. SE since 2009.

Jannike Tillå, Chief Communications and Outreach Officer

Jannike Tillå har jobbat med digital utveckling och förändringsprojekt i över 15 år och har tidigare haft tjänsten som Head of Insights and Development på Bonnier AB där hon jobbat med koncernövergripande frågor. Hennes roll på IIS är att driva och utveckla arbetet med vår främjandeverksamhet där satsningar som Digitala lektioner, Bredbandskollen, Internetkunskap och Internetmuseum ingår.

Måns Jonasson, digital strategist

Måns Jonasson är digital strateg på IIS. Han arbetar bland annat med IIS digitala informationssatsningar och håller i våra Barnhack. Måns har jobbat med webben sedan 1995 och har sedan dess drivit egen byrå, jobbat på flera olika communities samt på kommunikationsbyrå.

Kristina Alexanderson, in charge of IIS initiatives for the school

Kristina Alexanderson är ansvarig för IIS satsningar för skolan och en av Sveriges mest uppskattade föreläsare kring digital kompetens i skolan. Hon ansvarar bland annat för IIS Digitala lektioner, en öppen digital lärresurs som fungerar som ett stöd för lärare i deras arbete med digital kompetens. I tio år har hon drivit IIS satsning Webbstjärnan, en skoltävling där elever tävlar om att skapa den bästa webbplatsen av sitt skolarbete. Kristina Alexanderson jobbade tidigare som gymnasielärare i svenska och samhällskunskap. Hon kom först i kontakt med att arbeta med webben som ett pedagogiskt verktyg i klassrummet genom Webbstjärnan 2008 och blev då tilldelad juryns specialpris för beundransvärt lärararbete och har själv gjort resan från att vara anti-webb till att bli en flitig bloggare och twittrare.

Elisabeth Standár, public relations officer

Elisabeth är pressansvarig på IIS och sköter stiftelsens mediekontakter. Elisabeth har en bakgrund som nyhetsjournalist på ett flertal dagstidningar, bland annat Metro och Värmlands Folkblad, och härstammar från de värmländska skogarna.
